Acceptable use policy

Prohibited

• Illegal goods or services, counterfeit or stolen goods, weapons and ammunition, controlled substances and paraphernalia.
• Adult content, escort services, gambling, binary options, get-rich-quick or pyramid schemes, unregulated financial products, crypto trading signals.
• Products with false health, income or safety claims; miracle cures; unapproved pharmaceuticals.
• Deceptive practices: hidden recurring charges, pre-ticked offers, fake scarcity or fake reviews, dark patterns in cancellation.
• Any use that violates consumer protection, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, data protection or intellectual property law.
• Attempts to bypass our security, rate limits or tenancy boundaries; scraping other merchants' data.

Restricted (approval required)

• Subscriptions with trials, supplements, cosmetics with health claims, travel, events and tickets, high-ticket coaching, pre-orders with delivery beyond 30 days.

Enforcement

We may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy and report unlawful activity. Whop and card networks apply their own rules; the stricter rule prevails.
